White Other with Tom Felton and Imelda Staunton- Portfolio

I always feel that i should write a bit about my own work as well as other peoples; so here goes...


My first film that i will cover will be 'White Other' directed by Dan Hartley and starring Tom Felton and Imelda Staunton. Here is a bit of a synopsis of what it is about-

In the dead of night a troubled youth from an East London estate, Ray Marsden (Tom Felton – Harry Potter) stalks into a hospital ward demanding to see his brother. The Ward Sister, Lynne McDermott (Imelda Staunton – Vera Drake) is sceptical about Rayʼs motives but nothing will stand in the way of Ray as he attempts to save his brother and end a gangland feud.

I was thrilled to be asked to design this short film and absolutely jumped at the chance (Who wouldn't jump at the opportunity to work with people with talent of this calibre). To this day i would say that this was one of my best professional experience to date. I learnt so much and got to work with some amazing people. Everyone involved was so lovely and i feel i came away with some great friends and some good experience.
